What stays on your device

Everything you make here is saved in your browser's local storage: your tier lists and rankings, your Watchlist, XP, streaks and badges, your display name, avatar emoji and interests, and settings like sound effects. It isn't sent to us or to anyone else, and it doesn't sync between devices or browsers.

Because it lives in your browser, clearing site data or browsing in a private window erases it. You can download a backup at any time from Settings → Export data, and remove everything with Delete all local data.

What we don't do

• No sign-up, no account, no email address.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party trackers.
• We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't collect any.

Things that do touch a server

• Hosting. Like any website, the servers that deliver this app keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a limited time to run and protect the service.
• Pictures.Some items show photos loaded straight from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org), and a few brand icons come from Google's favicon service. Your browser asks those servers for the images, so they see a normal web request. See Credits.
• Share images and links.When you share, the list you chose is sent to our server to draw the picture or link preview, and isn't stored. A share link carries the list inside the link itself, so anyone you give it to can open it.
• Export My Canon. This only creates a file on your device. Where it goes after that is up to you.

Children

s-tier isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone.

Changes

If we ever add accounts, syncing or community features, this policy will be updated before they launch and will say exactly what gets stored and why. Nothing here changes without a new date at the top of this page.
